LINE 2: DOB(6), check_digit(1), Gender(1), Expiry_Date(6), check_digit(1), <, Unknown sequence(1), ID_NO(9), Unknown sequence(1), < * 2, check_digit(1)
LINE 3: F_NAME<M_NAME<S_NAME<, pad_<_till_the_end
