    To knw the health status of your HDD i need to run BIOS advanced test that can take over 2hrs if its a 500GB HDD ,you see a HDD maybe working with windows 7 installed but that does not mean there are no bad sectors considering win 7 is smart OS it jumps bad sectors during installation , i need to sale the same to someone who may choose to use even MsDOS ,

     So sometimes i may quote based on your word of mouth and if you are not available we test i find out its not good , i have all the right to revise my quote after all am not in business to make losses

if you say so i accept responsibility , but just you may know next time its good to demand cash for faulty stuff.

When we started off buying laptops for cash and repairing them 3 years ago business was good, since last year things have changed like the laptop screen i used to sale @ 9k i can only sale it @ 6.5k ,as fate would have it we had to change our mode of operation like instead of us waiting for customers @ the workshop to come we fix his screen , board or whatever it is we move to our clients site with our tool kits and sort out the problems from his/her end, this new model has caused us alot of logistical issues & that explains my absence from the workshop @ times cz i move around so much but am always available on my phone .

    Richard , your POS system has a faulty logical board ,@ some i got the same and replaced and it worked but i called you and i couldn't get to you and because the person who was selling it to me was impatient he picked it ,i have another person who wants to sale the whole POS system that i can chuck the logic board, he is asking for 21k & because i don't need the rest of the parts i will pass the cost to you and add 4k for repairs ,in essence am saying with 25k you can pick a working POS by the end of business tomorrow that way both of us will be in business,if not you can arrange to pick from where you had left it , @least by Monday.

@ Job Muruiki , this is one guy who tried to con me , Job we have come along way in terms of hardware repairs ,if you come to my shop and you want to sale a laptop you dont want us to test the screen and hardisk kumbe you knw very well ushauza screen na umebadilisha hdd , we can't work like that ,honestly don't ever try that again i had chosen to keep quite matters customer confidentiality but now you let the cat out.

   @ Calvin , as pointed out earlier we have been having challenges , i changed the chipsets and still your machine had booting issues and your machine,e-machine is a rare species so , honestly i can't get a compatible board ,also need to test the other parts of your machine before i hand it over ,hopefully kesho.

       Having said that i also need to say for the inconveniences ,the unnecessary traffic caused , and above thank those of us we have done business with ,those of you whom am working on your laptops, machines thank you for calling me
