I think I remember what I did. I had ultrasurf installed 
<a href="http://ultrasurf.us/">http://ultrasurf.us/</a>  on my computer during the registration process that identified me with a US IP. Once in however, for some strange reason even with ultrasurf off I have been able to use it.<div>

The music service will allegedly sell songs for $1 each and will let people share one to two free listens per song on Google +.
