Okay, because of the (un)Limited fiber cuts in .KE (I mean the KDN and KPLC Fibers between NBI and MSA) are all ISPs down except those that use Telkom links?<br><br>And now that we are at it, what happened to the NBI-GRA-MSA redundant fiber?<br>
