I believe that with 75k in hand, we even have Mike here who is a lawyer and is a specialist in ICT Law. Why not give him the mandate to advice us on what is legal. We can approach him and ask him to help us make this legal.

I have Ksh 5,000 and I am ready to give it to a legal entity. Not to people who will go spend it on Java Coffee and then claim that they had surplus. Every penny counts here.

Legalising the entity should have been the priority

I have not contributed because Skunkworks has refused to go legal. Without legal mechanisms we cant hold anybody to task. And when people start fearing divurgent views we cringe. I like the part in which Obama says, "I will listen to you, more so if you disagree with me". Why is Skunkworks not legal and if we have not hosted any applications and not done anything beyond yapping in mailing lists before, how sure are we that we will be able to hold the people to task?
