Ok, so now let’s say you have the details of the sensitivity, volume, bandwidth etc. What comes next? You still need to know what the budget is. If they are willing to pay; lets say $20 a month, why would they go for dropbox when they can have their own server on the cloud?

My point is, the world as it is today will offer solutions depending on your budget, the rest just comes in second.

Not necessarily so Zuhair. I side with Wash on this.
Even if I am willing to spend, I may not choose to go that route if there's some free alternative that squarely  fit's my requirements.

Case in point :
- Once in a while I find myself with work related 'MS Project' (.mpp) documents that I need to view. One option is to purchase the MS Project module but I choose to use OpenProj/ProjectLibre.
