Good idea to get this conversation going Let me comment on one area now, the issue that everything must be voluntary. For the Foundation to be effective you may find it prudent if not necessary to have at least one full time member of staff from the beginning. Even setting up those weekend events and simple stuff like answering emails and responding to queries can take a lot of time.
