Over the last 3 days I&#39;ve transacted 13+GB on the Safaricom&#39;s UnlimitedWeekly bundle, even with bandwidth throttling in place. <div>I suspect Orange&#39;s bundle is a Fair Usage policy capped at 500MB and not unlimited.</div>
