All M series ubnt radios have a theoretical speed of 300Mbps not MBps

and its supposed to be up and down combined and a throughput of

150Mbps for 2x2 chain mimo and 100Mbps for 1x1 chain. You cannot get 

those speeds in the real world especially on the 2.4ghz band.
