 What are you truly looking for?A super man for the sake of it ,or solutions for your the problems at hands. I thought you had other important parameters for your projects, like version control bug fixing,quality, flexibility and less dependence on a single person,costs etc.

If you recheck your parameters well,you might get a clue why we cant grasp your logic.

Guys, my premise here is simple; just because I cant do something does't
mean someone else cant. And just because I don't know someone who can do
that thing I can't doesn't mean that that someone doesn't exist.

Maybe there is a better name for it, but you don't know what you don't know.
