Regarding EABL and Wananchi - their new bosses are group CEOs which as John said would need people with experience working outside your home country.<div><br></div><div>(Note to self: Work outside the country as a big shot to become a CEO :) )<br clear="all">

Its not that they are &quot;foreign&quot; its that companies want to hire people with regional  experience....working outside your home country is  a huge plus if you ever want to be CEO of a company.
