Its called a roadmap. Nokia has been at it for years. The only thing is that its now on accelerated mode. Nokia's problem over the years was it had been
dragging its feet on new technology "A Managemet problem". Btw Nokia has had a phone that can work under water (I dont mean its casing is waterproof, I mean they have phone technology that still works even if water gets in it. They have had it for over three years and a lot more but "management" cant make up their minds on anything.

So as far as Symbian belle goes you will see an expadited evolution with Symbian. I guess putting Elop as the boss fixes the Management problem.
