I never said HP have a warranty center. I said they have a warehouse for spare parts- they don't sell these; after all,a server, HDD, memory module, laptop, bought *from HP*, *through a partner*, should have warranty. These are things that you can claim warranty *from HP*, hence the spare parts warehouse in Industrial Area. Buying from a partner, then you get partner warranty.
