I know it means that you will not be charged for buying airtime via M-PESA but it is misleading as it could be interpreted to mean that if you load airtime through M-PESA it will be absolutely FREE (the amount will not be deducted from your M-PESA account).
I might wrong or may be reading too much between the lines. What do you think?
