Well; 2 million jobs of people working outside; earning eg 5000 to 10,000 USD per month - does the Government have local alternatives with same pay ?

Or does he mean to chase the foreign employees and investors from within ?

These manifestos are just ridiculous - if questioned; he would have no clue what they mean or how to implement...

2 billion for software development - What does that mean ? 

Lets say there are 100,000 techies - that means a once pay off of  Ksh. 20,000 per employee - WTF ??? For Software Development ?

If there are 10,000 techies - thats a once pay off of Ksh. 200,000. 

What about the tools and the management frame - is that also included in the 2billion budget?
