Should look like the attached screenshot. Download, unzip and run. It will enable you to send sms messages using a data enabled modem or phone (i'd recommend the Safaricom E 160 Huawei modem using a safaricom line). The other modems have not been tested but will also work as well. I think its functionality is pretty obvious. Add a new contact. To filter select the column headers to choose a specific criteria. The box at the bottom is where you enter the message then click send. The modem is automatically detected and messages sent to the contacts based on the criteria set as shown in the screenshot attached. NB: Set to expire after 60 days...supposed to be an integral component of the new version of Trendy Desktop (http://sites.google.com/site/jacobayienda/trendy-desktop/TrendyInst_v1.0.zip...) Its incredibly small and fast compared to Frontline SMS which is interpreted. Ideal for mobilizing groups or individuals quickly. Charges are based on the service provider.
