Additionally (and even easier), when I visit the Sourceforge page<http://sourceforge.net/search/?q=frontlinesms>from a Mac, the download button points to a .dmg file which seems to install just fine.
If you've got that far and got stuck somewhere else, their developer resource <http://dev.frontlinesms.com/> is quite handy.
