
I think the biggest issue is cost. Orange have to really think hard if they want to keep investing in a GSM network and a separate CDMA network. Guess GSM is cheaper due to more users. This however doesn't rule out the possibility that there are other alternative ways of telling apart devices (including #AfricanChemistry [?])
