Good hands, you mean? I seriously doubt that. These are the same people we could NOT find to support us at KDN, now we expect them to be different at SGL?? Hahaaa.
Unless the processes at SGL are better harmonized than at KDN, it's a case of "same forest, same monkeys", not even a different forest, unless you want to tell us what is so different at SGL that was NOT at KDN? Focus? Eagerness to make money??
Now as one fondly says, data will still keep flowing but clients continue with the waiting.

Susan, I asked about the fixing of the finance (or do I call it Billing System) system at KDN. I have an unresolved case - over 1 year unresolved. Do you know anyone who can resolve it? Please ask that person to talk to me. I need to get it off my back, please.

 
The process might not be smooth as John noted, our legal depart is working on the transfers.
SGK is our retail arm, but kdn partners with other ISP's and supports them.
Thank you guys for raising the issues, we monitored the threads, and we were able to confirm our realignments strategies.
We are sure the move is a good one esp. to ISP's and our retail clients.
