Hi Wallace,<br><br>Safaricom 3G is on GSM while the Orange 3G+ is on CDMA.<br><br>This means that the modem u used was connecting to the Orange GPRS.<br><br>For 3G speeds on Orange, I would encourage you to buy a Huawei CDMA 2000 modem. <br>
