                                 Responsibilities:

 You will be ultimately responsible for user acquisition and the Cost of Customer Acquisition expended on all our online efforts.

 You will create, run, analyze, and improve promotions and advertising to turn people into riders. The focus is online user acquisition (social, PPC) but may also include offline, outdoor, and word-of-mouth programs.

 You will own our sign-up experience, including analyzing and improving how we sign up new clients to make the process as easy and effective as possible.

 You will work closely with the product manager, to create a compelling experience for new users and with our In-person sales team to make sure prospective users are able to learn and start using our product easily.

 You will report directly to the CEO.

 You have a quantifiable track record of success in the field of user acquisition.How much have you improved sign-ups and conversions in your previous roles? How did you slash COCA? What strategies and tactics did you deploy and why did they work so well? We want you to bring that to the company.

 You have the ability to implement your own ideas and campaigns. Meaning, you will have no one to delegate to and no ad agency support in the immediate future. Software engineering and design resources are in high demand, so you will have to use them wisely in the service of your goals.

 You are a master of Facebook ads, Google Analytics and Ad Words, Mixpanel and/or similar tools: you will own those for the company. If you’re not familiar with certain platforms, you’re able to learn them on the fly.

 You should also be able/willing to learn how to add/edit tracking code to the company’s webapp-this code is written in Javascript & PHP.
