desirable qualifications are:-  </p>

<ul type="disc"><li>Diploma or graduate education in IT, Electrical
     Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering etc.  </li><li>Cisco networking qualifications  </li><li>Linux, Unix skills  </li><li>Windows administration and networking  </li><li>VoIP support skills and experience  </li>
<li>iDirect system administration  </li><li>VSAT Installation and support skills and
     experience  </li><li>Database management.  </li><li>General knowledge in electrical appliances
     maintenance  </li><li>Soft skills such as excellent reliability, takes
     own initiative, hard worker, can work under pressure etc.  </li><li>Experience working at an ISP will be an added
     advantage  </li><li>Valid passport, driving license and willingness
     to relocate to South Sudan a must.  </li></ul>
