I think this is a wonderful idea… May be even develop a framework for skunks to formally address matters in ICT… It’s long overdue and absolutely vital to the dev’t of ICT in Kenya. We must step up to the plate…

This is just an idea and but I was thinking what if skunks was able to collect funds to be used to take up legal matters that affect ICT.
Case in point is the case of safaricon being brought down by Kenic. Whether you are for or against it the matter does bring up certain pertinent issues regarding free speech and the Internet in Kenya.
If we had a volunteer legal team or a funds kitty we could address the matter in court.
For those saying that we should not go against the big dogs I'd say remember they are driven to make profits and not social well being and rule of law.
Just my 3 otonglos on the matter.
