
In such cases, at a minimum, please attach a traceroute. It comes in handy when the guys are troubleshooting. If you run the network where the site is hosted, you can go further and post how the route is advertised, whether an upstream provider aggregates it, if its hosted locally and whether its supposed to be reached via KIXP, if you are a customer backhauled by the ISP you are having an issue with etc etc.... my point is give as much info as possible but at a bare minimum, provide a traceroute....
