BlackBerry Bold 9700 are being sold in the phone shops in Nakumatt (think they're called Phonelinks) unlocked. At Nakumatt Junction on Ngong Road they are going for KSH 51,000 if I remember correctly.
Zain stores will also sell them for KSH 60,000 which includes 2 or 3 months free subscription to their Blackberry service. I understand that these are also unlocked. The Sarit one promised to have them in stock "soon".
If you dig a little deeper you may find them cheaper.
