I would imagine the problem is not in the infrastructure but in the implementation of the system.Just a quick question before I proceed,have you used the KRA online system?How do you like it so far? Let me explain,you could have the most expensive servers money can buy but if the developer of the system does not factor in concurrency in his code,you will end up with knec.ac.ke or kra.go.ke.Then of course after fixing the code,the correct server configuration and getting enough bandwidth,there is 'Level 8 of the OSI model' a.k.a policies that will ensure things run smoothly even after implementation.
Why are we assuming the problem is the infrastructure?
