I second you Peter on Goldcrest Holdings. They are efficient in responding to warranty issues and were kind enough to replace my 1TB hard disk twice in a span of 4months and the two times with a brand new one without any hustle at all. So far their hard disks have worked perfectly and I haven't had to invoke their warranty again.

Funny thing, I buy a lot more accessories from Starcom, but I've never had to invoke their warranty, I pray to God that I never have to.
