@Phares, agreed that all tech stuff have issues.The way Apple handled it landed them into more problems. Can you imagine if we collectively had the same will thinking as the US consumers to change the services in KE? I enjoyed the iPhone4 issue, it brought out many things companies, services can learn about consumer power... Phares, On another topic.
