I think this works against them e.g  if there is a new very important service they are launching, i'll care less since my thumb is used to deleting their SMS's as a conditioned reflex just as one does to those viagra Spam mails. 

@mickey, thanks for that info, its a matter of get irritated until you call us to stop. I pity those who don't even know their customer care no.s
