[Skunkworks] Outlook Issues

Guys I'm in a dilemma. I configured my outlook to download my gmail mails. It worked out well.....what i wanted basically is to get the emails, and delete the account but i did not want to lose my mails. It was ok, i deleted the account, then i realized that outlook would not display my mails....They have headers, like when it was sent, who sent it, the subject, but no body.
