Keep these factors in mind too : - Roaming data can cost upto 2.5USD/Minute on edge and 3g is can be much more expensive. - A Voip call on an average consumes 1Mbyte per Minute. Thanks for the insight but this gentleman is NOT the type to use such gadgets as Blackberry, unless it can be used to "make/receive" calls. To be honest, he uses a Nokia 6310i quite old already but he can make calls and that is what matters. I can only get him another deice IF that will change his life - the way he makes calls. I've found something that looks promising - Solo DTMF<http://www.sosoftware.com/solo-dtmf-client-for-avaya-ip-office-ec-500-communication-manager-one-x-mobile>- have to investigate further.
