My simple rule of thumb: Be paranoid!!!!Remember the "Don't speak to strangers" lesson your folks taught you before letting you 'go out into the world'...this is a good time to apply it. People on post-paid need to check their bills at http://selfcare.safaricom.co.ke and see if they are being charged by these scammers.
