I think the best way to think of it is like a bluetooth headset. If you have a need for it, then you'll find it useful, if not then probably not. For those of us who drive a lot or spend time running, walking around town or in the gym, a watch integrated to the phone would be a super handy accessory.

Changing tracks, the heart rate monitor etc are all a major plus for some of us.
