I've used the Nokia N81 to surf the net through a laptop from South C and I must say the exprience has been great. This is mostly in the evening. For an hour of Skype chat (not voice or video) and opening around 10 web pages the charge was KSH. 14.

 

Any other experiences from other parts of Nairobi and Kenya in general? What are the experiences with Zain, Orange? I'm mostly interested in Langata, South B and Parklands.

Note: I'm using the Nokia N81 phone and not the $afcom modem.
