[Skunkworks] Shipping books from Amazon

Hey Skunks, There was a time a similar topic was posted here. At the time (I think a year ago) there was no duty imposed on books and DVDs. I would like to ship one via Posta. The delivery time is not an issue but any extra cost beyond the shipping fee is my concern. Anyone shipped recently? Regards, Joseph.
