I've had my share of great and terrible experiences with them when running a ISP network and colocating with them so I know all there is to know about their service. Done a lot of stuff especially with the original tech team - they're great guys and I have lots of pals there. But that's not the point. They should have refunded me and a neighbour back in 2010 when they realized WIMAX would not work at my location. It's not just about uptime/downtime. Customer relations really matter. They didn't keep their word but kept my money, period. BR S
