I am in total agreement! However, let us look at the details, shall we?Safaricom advertises "Unlimited Internet",but they cap it at 512 Kbps.Since this is a 'shared' connection, you will never come anywhere close to 512Kbps,the best I've had is 47Kbps.Do you see that, a tenth of the advertised service! For the last few days, the connection keeps going off atleast once every two hours and it stays like that for at least 15 minutes to 2 hours! If you call customer care, they simply tell you that they are not experiencing any problem. But why would I call them if there was no problem in the first place,I do not like them that much!At some point they seemed to have increase the threshold to 1Mbps because I could now get 98Kbps.In short,it is not something that they have not control over! :)

Seems am not alone here, Safaricom is getting more desperate by the day
I don't find it strange when a setup like Safaricom experiences a technical problem. Tell me of the best techie you know who has never had any mishap with the equipment assigned to them? They don't run equipment from God!
