I have a problem with some domains hosted by Jambo as far as the mail exchange is concerned.
mxtoolbox.com gives me this...

I can ping the host from the internet but can see the mail messages won't find the 'post-office'. Someone kindly give me a contact at Jambo who can help me with the same.
@Mugo, Which other domains hosted by Jambo have you checked out? Perhaps that can help us test and verify your inference. Are you sure your SMTP service is running?
