already gave Mark the contacts to use so as to pursue his goals. I hope he
finds them beneficial. I was avoiding responding to the “attack” on KDN’s
website as I find it quite productive as a point of reference with KDN’s
clientele and in great contrast to the comments raised in this thread. I very
much identify the adage of the customer being right. Its is for this reason I have
taken good notice of your comments in regard to KDN’s website as below
Is it just me or is the
KDN site really ugly, barely useful and offers
very scanty information. plus they dont respond to email queries and
their no.s dont work. . . .
True. True, and true. They say you can call them using 020 5000 000 but that
never works, perhaps just for me.
If you send mail to support@kdn-TOT-co-TOT-ke they are likely to respond,
although I should think that addr is for existing clients.
I however
wish to have this comments verified through a random visit to the website www.kdn.co.ke. I am certain we have customers
too on this list who make calls to KDN through 0205000000 courtesy of KDN’s
VOIP solution – www.izzytalk.co.ke and
successfully communicate to KDN on any issues. For queries of any kind to KDN,
please use the email address info@kdn.co.ke.
This
is different for existing customers who should contact KDN through relevant
email addresses based on the subject of enquiry for example support@kdn.co.ke – On support matters, oam@kdn.co.ke – On Operations and Maintenance
queries, nwp@kdn.co.ke – On Network Planning
queries, sales@kdn.co.ke and accounts@kdn.co.ke.
