Looks like Skype has finally kicked out the one independent service that was still supporting it.

Remember nimbuzz, etc used to support skype before skype asked nimbuzz to remove it

It was then that I chanced upon imo. And now this:

"We are unable to support Skype due to our inability to connect to their servers. We don't know if we will be able to support Skype any time soon as it depends on factors out of our control." - imo.im website

That was my platform of choice for one stop IM. Can someone suggest another option, especially web based, that supports the major chat services - skype, fb, gtalk, yahoo?
