I dont know whether this already exists but I have been thinking about it.

 

Let me give my definition of @subject

 

By dynamic media, I mean audio and video media that dynamically changes based on several parameters. Kinda like IVR (You have + $balance + shillings in your account). The $balance is retrieved dynamically from a db.

 

Now, what I have in mind is like IVR on steroids. Think about a song that changes its lyrics based on your location, spouses name, time of day, etc.

 

For instance instead of 'Wasee tumetoka githurai' it becomes 'Wasee tumetoka $residence' where residence can be read from, e.g. google maps

 

Media will be more relevant to time and place and mood. No more listening to Thank God its Friday on a Tuesday. Or running into problems for playing My President is Black despite having a white president.

 

Seriously though, think about the specialised advertising, personalised audio and visual, etc.

 

What does it take to build such?
