Once again , age old discussions , people never take IT seriously enough and most who do in management will place it as item in the budget , only to hit the ground and realise that no one was consulted and the poor IT department is short manned , not prepared and also not well financed to deal with delivery of the project , surprising enough this happens even in IT firms .
