i totally agree about Starcom. I thought it was the best computer shop in the city, I was so wrong.<br />Initially their customer service was better but nowadays I don&#39;t know if they are under new management or what....I am no longer the faithful customer I used to be.<br /><br />Then, I recently found out that the Toshiba laptop they sold to me was one of those second-hand ones that Toshiba warned about in the press, how disappointing. And when I bought it, they didn&#39;t give me the recovery CDs and etc that comes with buying a new laptop, and being a naive young girl, I walked away with a queasy feeling that I never acted upon, and now it&#39;s too late!<br /><br />Just be careful even when buying from the so-called reputable outlets, many people are out to con.
