Is back now. I wonder, when employees are not happy, they strike. When the International Community's not happy with you, they impose economic sanctions. How is it then than the consumer takes so much crap and accepts pathetic service? I advocate 4 a full day boycott on safaricom, all service offered, then we'll see, they'll wake up & like banks are trying so hard to achieve, they'll make sure they give us value for our money.
