
Well invoice or not pay in advance thats what the contract says. Once can demand refund in cases of service interruption as articulated on the contract. Its like paying house rent this is boring DAMN! I do not see invoice at my doorstep from the landlord but you pay and get receipts this should be the case here same principle.
