I did a test two or three weeks ago. My results:<br> - Rough cost estimate comes to ~3 KES/minute based on the 300mb package (The test call lasted about 3 minutes and we had video on for about 1 minute )<br> - Quality is superb. I was also surprised  to find out that it&#39;s pretty decent over zain<br>
 - Let&#39;s hope scom doesn&#39;t shape traffic<br>An aside: Skype over SCOM handily beat  Access@home.
