[Skunkworks] Payments Software

Hi guyz, My boss is looking for a dedicated payments(to handle checks,invoices, lpos etc) software - bought off the shelf. NOT quickbooks, Sage...i.e full accounting softwares but just one meant to strictly handle payments. It need not be developed to link with our back office finance processes. I work in a bank. Any suggestions? Who to contact...Advise? Thanks. Sam.
