Cyber warfare is currently on another level entirely, there might be another higher involvement other than the small pawns being highlighted here by BBC. Obama has placed cyber crime on a higher priority than terrorism, which tells you a lot. Look for ch*****m and their friends in this, it's state sponsored in those parts of the world.
