If something is not happening it is not. I know Mike is using KDN services and he might have valid claims. What is the maximum times a company can be potrayed badly or complained about so that it is declared malice? People lets mature up. We see Safaricom being butchered here everyday and we dont see claims of Malice. Or are ISP workers now forming a wall to protect their employers? People must be allowed to complain and only after investigations should we know whether it was out of malice or not. Are wee not seeing Orange being butchered in Watchman column of daily nation everyday. Why havent any of you written to DN to claim malice.
