[Skunkworks] Withdrawing money from paypal

Hi skunks. I have this nagging question that has just refused to go away. What options does one have for having money in their paypal account transferred to their local bank? A plus is that you tie your local credit/debit card to Paypal for verification. I have considered opening a US based bank account such that paypal sends money to that account and do a wire transfer from that account to the local bank account.However, I am stumped as to how to go about this, since there is some post 9/11 laws & regulations that limit/restrict bank accounts for no residents. If you have managed to do so, especially for a SME, please share your experience. thanks Kiti chigiri
